Who we are

UnbreakMyApp is operated by Inarius Dynamics Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation ("we").

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and where you signed up.
• Fix requests: the description, error messages, screenshots and app URL you send us.
• Code: if you connect GitHub, the contents of the repositories you select, only while working on your request.
• Payments: handled by our payment processor; we receive confirmation and limited billing details, never full card numbers.
• Basic usage data: standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics.

How we use it

To diagnose and fix your app, deliver results, process payments and refunds, send updates you asked for, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Your request and relevant code are processed by AI model providers acting on our behalf, under terms that do not allow them to train on your data where such options are available.

Code and secrets

Code access is read-only for diagnosis and pull-request-only for fixes. We do not ask for passwords or secret keys. If you send one by accident, we will tell you to rotate it and delete it from our records.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email, and AI processing. They handle data only to provide services to us.

Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Copies of repository code are deleted within 30 days after your request is completed. Billing records are kept as required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, revoke GitHub access, and ask us to access or delete your data by emailing privacy@unbreakmyapp.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13.
